Troops in the field are up against many challenges, but secure and reliable wireless communications shouldn’t be one of them. Oceus provides access to dependable, high-speed voice, video, and data communications through the latest commercial 5G/4G LTE wireless technology to ensure tactical teams and field operators don’t face problems with their communications in the field.
By combining our decades of experience in cellular technology and mobile security with the latest Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Tactical Edition (TE) smartphone, we are able to provide an ideal solution for our warfighters. Together, Oceus’ Xiphos LTE cellular networks and the Samsung Galaxy S20 TE deliver cutting-edge mobile hardware on a secure and reliable tactical cellular network.
Staying in the open and on the move without detection is critical in mission deployments. Oceus’ Secure Mobile Platform (SMP) helps prevent the Samsung Galaxy S20 TE from being picked up by enemy cellular/wireless monitoring towers. SMP is designed to complement and extend the Samsung Galaxy S20 TE to provide approved and reliable communications across the wireless tactical network. SMP includes the ability to switch the device into Stealth Mode to run truly radio silent and avoid detection. When COMs are needed again, Stealth Mode is easily turned off, and communications are quickly reestablished.
Designed from the ground up to leverage the Samsung Galaxy S20 TE capabilities, SMP provides:
In a tactical radio environment, Radio Frequencies (RF) are critical to the performance of the network. Oceus’ ONmission is a customizable software suite that provides real-time mission RF Situational Awareness (SA) and traditional network management. ONmission utilizes SMP on the Samsung Galaxy S20 TE to provide real-time sensor and device KPIs to ONmission’s AI algorithms, quickly analyzing end-to-end system performance and recognizing potential issues.
Oceus’ ONcast changes the way secure virtual networks are deployed. This powerful software package enables encrypted peer-to-peer data exchanges without hair-pinning through a central gateway. By implementing an encrypted virtualized Ethernet layer on top of a routed end-to-end network, users have a simplified network-switching connection from their mobile device or tablet. When used on a Samsung Galaxy S20 TE, clients and servers located anywhere in the world on the routed Internet Protocol (IP) network can communicate as if they were physically connected on the same network.
As a NSA CSfC Trusted Integrator, Oceus works with partners like Samsung, HPE, DTECH and PACSTAR to provide approved and reliable communications across wireless tactical networks. This newest release from Samsung enhances our partnership, delivering extendable applications on a mission-ready military smartphone.
